I want to attend, but can't make it at the scheduled time. Will I receive a recording?

Accepted Answer

No. The workshop is largely made up of small group interaction that is not available to be recorded. For this reason, the recording for this event will not be sent to participants, or be available for later viewing.

Question 2

Can I be in a group with the partner I signed up with?

Accepted Answer

No. Each registration is for one person on one screen. We are unable to accommodate specific pairings - all groups will be randomly selected during the workshop.

Question 3

Something has come up and I'm not able to attend. How do I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

You may request a refund via your Eventbrite account up to 24 hours prior to the start of the program to receive a refund (Eventbrite service fees are not refundable). If it is less than 24 hours until program start, refunds are not available.

Question 4

The event is full, and I am on the waitlist. How do I know if a spot opens up?

Accepted Answer

If a space opens up, you will receive an e-mail notification letting you know. You have 2 hours from the timestamp on the e-mail to claim the spot. If you don't purchase your ticket in the 2 hour window, the spot will be given to someone else.

Question 5

I purchased a registration for myself, can I bring my partner?

Accepted Answer

Of course! Please purchase their registration separately. Each registration is valid for one person on one screen.

Question 6

If I attend with a friend or partner, can we be assigned to a group together?

Accepted Answer

No. All group assignments are randomly selected. During your group time, you will learn and discuss skills that you can later practice with your chosen partner on your own.
